Please note, you are required to have your valid physical Identification document (ID/ Passport/Drivers) on arrival for check-in.

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required. Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.

Please note, a gardener is on-site during weekdays. He is discreet, respects your privacy, and will not impact your stay.

Cancellation Policy

For bookings where the arrival date is more than 7 days in the future, 50% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days of the check-in date.

Regular reminders will be sent to settle the outstanding 50% from 7 days prior to arrival. If we have not received the remaining 50% of the booking prior to arrival, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation and enforce the cancellation policy.

If the initial 50% payment has not been received within 48 hours of making the booking, the booking will be cancelled.

For bookings where the arrival date is less than 7 days in the future, 100% of the booking must be paid to confirm the booking.

Under no circumstances will keys be given to the guest until 100% of the booking is paid.

Cancellation of the booking more than 5 days before check-in date will result in a full refund.

Cancellation of the booking within 5 days of check-in date will result in a charge of 50% of the booking value.

Cancellation of the booking within 1 day of check-in date will result in a charge of 100% of the booking value.
