ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION
 
This Villa is Balinese in style and a well-designed home with good finishes and has a lovely flow through all areas from the open plan kitchen, and large living area, to the swimming pool, covered patio, nice level lawn garden, very good breaker sea views, 3 open plan garages plus a large viewing deck. The Villa also has solid wood shutters on all windows which gives it lots of character and extra privacy.
 
The villa has a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen and an open plan living/ dining/ lounge area leading onto a large undercover terrace through glass foldaway doors on the one side of the Villa and swimming pool on the other side of the Villa. The variety and comfort of the outdoor furniture is ideal for having a lazy morning breakfast, watching the whales play, soaking up the sun, BBQ’s or wining and dining with spectacular sunsets.
 
The air-conditioned villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including but not limited to a Nespresso coffee machine, ice maker, flat screen TV’s and sound bars, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The private salt water chlorinated pool is fitted with a professional safety net.
 
The Villa can accommodate up to 12 guests (6 bedrooms) subject to request & rate adjustment.
