At check-in you’ll need a valid ID/passport and a confirmation of your booking. You’ll receive your room key. A staff member will be happy to guide you to your accommodation and answer any questions you may have.

For guests with pets or special needs, please inform us ahead of time so we can ensure a smooth check-in experience tailored to your requirements. If you have pre-booked meals, farm tours, or other activities, we will confirm the details with you at this time.

Upon arrival before 17h00, please proceed to the Teak Place Entrance Gate and Check in at Stoep . Check-in is available between 2 PM and 5 PM. If you anticipate arriving outside these hours, please notify us in advance to make special arrangements. If you are checking-in at a time when no staff is available, a security guard will show you to your rooms.

To ensure a smooth departure, please leave your room key either with the security at the main gate or at the farmstall. Before leaving, take a moment to ensure your accommodation is tidy and that you’ve collected all personal belongings. If you have any outstanding bills for meals, activities, or additional services, please settle them at the farmstall, or through prior arrangement with our team.

Farm areas are all restricted areas, unless accompanied by a staff member or prior arrangement.

Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM. Strictly NO MUSIC at ALL TIMES.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, and we kindly request that cigarette butts are disposed of responsibly. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if not adhered.

Guest rooms are available for check-in from 2 PM, with check-out by 10:30 AM. Please leave rooms tidy and notify us of any damages or issues.

Late check out fees will be charged if not arranged beforehand.

Pets are welcome in outdoor areas, but access to guest rooms requires prior arrangements.

Strictly no parties.

There are no self catering facilities. No informal braais or cooking allowed. Please contact us for any requests.
