• This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R400 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R5,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R2,500 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property.   While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking.

• Please note that this apartment is on the ground floor, but you will need to walk down a flight of stairs to access it, and there aren't lifts/elevators in the building.

 

• Please note the advertised rates exclude peak dates.

 

• A minimum stay of 7 nights is required between 25 December 2024 and 10 January 2025.

• This complex is managed by a body corporate. Kindly ensure all rules are adhered to in order to avoid fines. Please respect the noise curfew. This is 10pm to 7am. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Cigarette ends or other objects, including liquids, may not be thrown from windows or patios onto common property, especially in the pool area. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Please park mindfully of other tenants.

• The use of charcoal or wood braais on the patio, balcony or lawn is not permitted. The designated gas braai or the allocated braai area only to be used for braais. Cycling, skating and skate-boarding are not permitted. Parents must ensure that children are aware of these rules in the best interest of their safety Children 12 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool. No bottles or other glassware objects and articles of food and no item other than towels and clothing are permitted in the pool area. Diving or jumping into the pool from the retaining walls, structures adjacent to the pool is strictly forbidden.
