Newly renovated apartment in Camps Bay. Enjoy being surrounded by nature but still a stone's throw from all the action that Cape Town has to offer. Camps Bay beach and promenade are just a short stroll away, featuring some of Cape Town's most popular restaurants, cafes and bars.
 
The apartment offers stunning views of Lions Head, tree canopies and the Atlantic Ocean. This is the perfect apartment for a beach holiday.
 
Located on the top floor of a modern and secure block, this 2 bedroom duplex apartment has a bright and airy feel thanks to large windows that overlook the forest canopy. The 1st floor consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining and lounge area. 

The first bedroom is located on the 1st floor. It has a queen-size bed and a separate bathroom.  The second bedroom is located in the upstairs loft. This bedroom has a private balcony, en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet.

LOCATION

On the beach, you can rent loungers and umbrellas for a day of lazing in the sun, get a massage, or play volleyball. There is often street entertainment as the sun goes down.

The sea is quite calm and good for swimming due to Camps Bay’s protected position in the bay. At the southern end, you will find a tidal pool. The northern part is great for surfing.
 
GETTING AROUND
Everything you could need is at your doorstep and public transport is easily accessible The open-top red Hop-on Hop-off tourist bus stops on the beach front and Ubers are never more than 5 minutes away. The my Citi Bus Stop is just a few minute's walk away from the property.
